AGREEMENT

1. Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the BetMGM Seats for the Season Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by BetMGM Canada Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and administered by RAVEN5 Ltd. (the “Administrator”).
2. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator. If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

3. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY

4. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Alberta, Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“participant”, “entrant” or “you”).
5. Employees, officers, directors, agents or representatives of the Sponsor, Administrator, their parent companies and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter.
6. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules has submitted an entry, such entry will be deemed ineligible. Administrator reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void outside Alberta and where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER

7. There is no purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
8. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit URL (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
9. By entering the Sweepstakes, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Official Rules. By providing your email address, you are providing consent to receive email communications from Administrator relating to the administration of this Sweepstakes. Administrator will contact you by email if you are a potential winner of the Grand Prize (as described below). If you enter using a mobile device, standard data rates and other charges imposed by your wireless service provider may apply. Entrants are solely responsible for any such charges incurred.
10. Entries which are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent are null and void. Any entrant found to have used multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, or any automated means to participate in the Sweepstakes will be disqualified and deemed ineligible to win. Sweepstakes Parties accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected or delayed for any reason. Further, the Sweepstakes Parties accept no responsibility for incomplete entries, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to, as a result of malfunction, human error, lost, delayed or garbled Internet or email transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone, technical, network, online, hardware or software or any combination thereof.
11. Entries shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. For the purpose of these Official Rules, “authorized account holder” of an e-mail address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning the submitted email address. Each selected entrant may be required to provide the Administrator with proof that the selected entrant is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a selected entrant based on the email address, the selected entrant will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry.

GRAND PRIZE / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) / ODDS OF WINNING

12. One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be won, consisting of two (2) season tickets for one Canadian NHL team, as selected by the winner from available Canadian NHL markets, including Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, and Winnipeg, subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the applicable NHL team and ticket provider.
13. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $35,000.00 CAD.

ALTERNATE CASH PRIZE OPTION

14. Grand Prize winner may elect to receive a cash prize of $35,000.00 CAD (the “Alternate Cash Prize”) in lieu of the Grand Prize. If selected, the Alternate Cash Prize will be fulfilled in the form of a cheque or electronic funds transfer, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
15. The ARV of the Alternate Cash Prize is $35,000.00 CAD.
16. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

GRAND PRIZE CONDITIONS

17. Sponsor will coordinate fulfillment of the Grand Prize with the winner within approximately sixty (60) days after the winner has been verified. Fulfillment of the Grand Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, availability, and applicable restrictions imposed by the applicable NHL team, venue, league, and/or ticket provider.
18. All details and other restrictions of the Grand Prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Actual value of the prize under this Sweepstakes may be lower or higher at the time of fulfillment, and any difference between actual value and the stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded.
19. Sponsor reserves the right, for whatever reason, to substitute a prize (or any component thereof) for one of equal or greater value. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible if any element of the prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein.
20. In accepting a prize, winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of a prize, including, without limitation, transportation, parking, food and beverages, insurance, taxes, service charges, and all other personal expenses and incidentals associated with acceptance and use of the Grand Prize.
21. Season tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer and applicable venue policies and regulations. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible if any game, event, or portion of the NHL season is cancelled, delayed, postponed, or rescheduled for any reason.
22. Winner must be able to accept the prize as presented or the prize may be forfeited in its entirety, and an alternate potential winner may be selected for the prize in accordance with these Official Rules. Any applicable taxes and duties on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
23. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release the Sweepstakes Parties from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or for damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize awarded.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

24. Administrator will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about July 15, 2026. Administrator’s decisions are final. Administrator will notify the potential winner by email using the email address provided at the time of entry on or about July 16, 2026.
25. If any potential winner cannot be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours of initial notification, if the prize is declined, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable; then the potential winner may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Administrator, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit any and all rights to the prize) and the Administrator reserves the right to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant for the prize in a separate random drawing from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules.
26. No one is a winner unless and until the Administrator officially confirms him/her as a winner in accordance with these Official Rules.
27. Before being confirmed as a winner, the potential winner will be required to sign and return, within five (5) business days of initial notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability / Publicity Release form (the “Affidavit"), which confirms the winner’s (i) eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules; (ii) acceptance of the Grand Prize (or the Alternate Cash Prize, if applicable) as offered; (iii) release of the Sponsor, Administrator, their parent companies, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and each of their employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, administrators, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, or losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom; and (iv) grant of permission to the Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and province of residence, likeness, voice, biographical information, and any comments or statements made by the winner in connection with the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
28. In addition, the potential winner will be required to correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without assistance in order to be confirmed as a winner. The Administrator will provide instructions to the potential winner at the time of notification. Failure to comply with any of the foregoing requirements within the timeframe specified by the Administrator may result in disqualification, in which case an alternate winner will be selected for the prize in a random drawing to be held in accordance with these Official Rules.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

29. By participating in the Sweepstakes and as a condition of acceptance of a prize, each entrant, on behalf of himself/herself and his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, causes of action, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable lawyer’s fees) of any kind that the entrant now has or may hereafter have, directly or indirectly, in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, acceptance, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The winner further assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize.

GENERAL

30. The Releasees are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. Further, the Releasees are not responsible for incompatibility of participants’ hardware, software or browser technology. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials or communications, privacy policy or terms of use on the Sweepstakes Website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute determination.
31. The Releasees are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.
32. Legal Warning: Any attempt by an individual, whether or not a participant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper with, or vandalize the Website or interfere with the operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
33. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
34. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor and/or Administration reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules.
35. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Parties which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, at which time, the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Sweepstakes termination.

DISPUTES

36. Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Toronto, Ontario. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief.
37. The parties hereby waive any right to a jury trial with respect to all claims and issues arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, whether sounding in contract, tort, or otherwise, including any claim for fraudulent inducement.

PRIVACY

38. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant: (i) grants to the Sponsor and Administrator the right to use his/her personal information provided when he/she enters the Sweepstakes for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, contacting and announcing the winner and coordinating the Grand Prize; and (ii) acknowledges that his/her Personal Information may be disclosed to service providers of the Sponsor in connection with any of the activities listed above.
39. Further, if selected as a winner, you agree to grant the Sponsor and its designees the right to use your name, city and province of residence, likeness, voice, biographical information, and any comments or statements made by the winner in connection with the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
